Do you have "trial" software for any of your products?
You can download the Mirage Media Control System and use it for 14 days. For the Apple TV module, you can view the video demo.
How do I begin using your products?
Our products are sold exclusively through professional A/V installers. If you would like to become a dealer, please fill out our short online dealer application. We can also help you find a dealer.
I submitted a dealer application, but I have not received a response.

I am an international dealer, and I do not have a PayPal account or a US bank account. Can I still purchase your product(s)?
Yes, you can call +1 914-598-1647, select option 1, and provide a credit card number over the phone. A receipt and a license key will be e-mailed to you.

How do I become a dealer?
Please fill out our short online dealer application. We will usually respond the same day and grant you instant access to the dealer section of our site.
Do I need a license key to begin using your product(s)?
You can download and try the Mirage Media Control System for 14 days. Our other products do require a license key to begin using them.
Where can I find pricing on your products?
In order to protect our dealers, we do not discuss dealer pricing over the phone or via e-mail. Please fill out our short online dealer application. We will usually respond the same day and grant you instant access to the dealer section of our site.
Do you sell to end users?
Autonomic products are only sold through authorized dealers. We can help you find a dealer, or, if you would like to become a dealer, please fill out our short online dealer application. We will usually respond the same day and grant you instant access to the dealer section of our site.
Are MCS license keys transferable?
Yes. MCS license keys can be moved to another PC by unregistering the product using the "Register" tab in the configuration utility on the server. This will free up your license key to be registered on another PC. Simply uninstalling MCS will not free up your license key. If you have already un-installed MCS from your machine, you must re-install it in order to unregister it.
Are Control Module licenses transferable?
Control modules are married to the processor's MAC address. Activation codes for processors with removable ethernet cards will work on another processor as long as the original ethernet card is moved to the new processor.
What is your software upgrade policy?

My control processor died. Am I stuck?
No. E-mail or fax us your Crestron or AMX RMA documentation. Once we have confirmed that your processor was defective and exchanged, we will issue you another activation key. Our fax number is 914-598-1647.
