Business Development Manager - Westchester County, NY
Autonomic is seeking a full time business development manager for our Armonk, New York office. The successful individual will partner with the company co-founders to develop and execute business development programs to drive continued top line revenue growth. Responsibilities include sales, customer service, and business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and support sales strategies and activities to drive top line revenue growth
- Forge strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and business partners
- Oversee customer support efforts, and advocate on behalf of customers
- Monitor and report on industry trends
- Advocate for needed product changes, enhancements, and process improvements
- Drive corporate communication efforts, web site content, and e-mail campaigns
- Participate in trade show activities, speaking engagements, and training events
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience managing sales and business development initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Prior CEDIA experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of audio/video systems, configuration, common issues and solutions
- Microsoft office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Customer service or help desk experience
- Experience with Adobe creative tools (Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
- Experience with web authoring, content management
